Allen Pires Sanhá (4 August 1980, Guinea-Bissau) is a Guinea-Bissau born Portuguese musician and singer that started makingmusic around
1995/6. Even at such an early age, Halloween developed a certain interest for writing and music. He was afounding member of Portuguese
underground hip-hip group Youth Kriminals, in 1999. Having previously released a set of mixtapeswhich were later withdrawn from major
circuits, Halloween released his first album entitled Projecto Mary Witch (Mary WitchProject) in 2006, on Portuguese record label Sonoterapia.
This effort put him under the spotlight on national ground and gavehim legend-like status in Portuguese hip-hop, a classic case of meteoric
ascension to stardom
