Most of us first came to know Ryan Star on the Tv reality music show Rockstar Supernova, he did well to show any who were interested his passion and talent and luckily for us and unluckily for the band he was voted off of the show in its closing stages. I say this because from the ashes of rockstar supernova arose R.Star the brilliant solo performer.

His Debut album, songs from the eye of an elephant, was released independantly during the latter half of 2006. This Album contained songs that were recorded by Star in his home in New York City, ultimatley giving the album a genuine and heart felt feel. Stripping most of the songs down to their bare essentials he gives them a chance to breath and shine. A strong voice and masterful piano work, let's hope his star will continue to shine. « hide |
