A Night at the Chalet began in Eagle, Wisconsin in August of 2008, with Ian Olsen (Drummer), Corey Praefke (Vocalist), John Rogers (Lead Guitar) and Jeff Knisely (Rhythm Guitarist). The band immediately found common ground after the guitarist found they were both, in fact, playing seven string guitars before they met. After about a month of routine practicing, they found Ethan Kruizenga (Bass Guitar). After some complications, Jeff had to be let go, leaving John in charge of all the guitar work. After a lot of struggle being a four piece, they crossed ways with Nik Dennee (Guitar). Nik is still currently in the band and they are progressing fast. They are going on their first real tour in November through December. Look for them in the Midwest and the East Coast!
