Cudi(originally fromCleveland, Ohio, butspent the last 3 years living in Brooklyn) fuses alternative rock, hip hop and occasionally R& B, to form feel good andemotionally conscious records. Hiscontent is filled with witty explanations about himself and hislifes journeys, with a twist of story tellingscenerios.His first single Day N Nite is nothing morethan a conscious awarenessrecord about his faults and how he deals with them. "I'm sureeveryone has been in at least one or two of the sceneriosImentioned in Day N Night. It was a record designed to let the people out thereknow, hey, we all have issues.
