Sal y Mileto (Progressive Rock) is one of the most important bands of Ecuadorian music history. It was created in 1994 by Paul Segovia(guitar - vocals), Peky Andino(lyrics), Igor Icaza(drums), Cesar Albarracin(flute, bass) and Victor Narvaez(guitar). In 1995 Franco Aguirre(bass, vocals) was invited to become bass player of Sal y Mileto . The band plays as trio since 1998. Sal y mileto's music has been called as "free ecuadorian Rock" and has released 4 albums and various EP´s to date. In 2007 Sal y Mileto went on a self-organized European Tour with 13 successful dates.
