Jurassic 5 are a hip-hop group. Instead of writing aggressive and rebellious rap songs, J5 tends to focus on old-school beats
and funky rhythms. Their music has a tinge of a jazzy/funky vibe and it is also very relaxing and laid-back. Jurassic 5 also subtly
mix in guitars, flutes and saxophones to add some spice onto their dope beats and retro rhythms. They originally disbanded in
2007, but have been reunited as of 2013.
