Vader, a thrash/death metal band from Poland, is considered the band that put Poland on the extreme metal map. Beginning as a thrash band, they gradually evolved into an extreme death metal band over their 20 year reign, and have inspired other Polish metal acts such as Behemoth by paving the way for eastern extreme music. Their third demo, Morbid Reich, is the best-selling extreme music demo in history, selling over 10,000 copies.
