The Wedding (formerly known as Easier Said) is a Christian rock band from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Musically, The Wedding fuses elements of pop punk, post-grunge, piano rock, ska punk, post-hardcore, Celtic punk and country rock with their pop rock base. The band is signed to the independent Brave New World record label, who also house artists Nichole Nordeman and Deas Vail.
The band has toured with the likes of Bachman Turner Overdrive, Bleach, John Reuben, Last Tuesday, Number One Gun, Anberlin, Spoken, The Supertones, Superchic[k] and Falling Up and released two albums: The Wedding (which produced two number-one singles) and Polarity.
