Forged from the creative mind of Sean Kennedy in 2011, Talisker Skye molds dynamic melodies and rock roots into a raw,sincere sound of their own. Sean, the singer of the Wind-Up Record's band Tickle Me Pink, joins forces with some of Colorado'sbest musicians Buck Dubs and Kira Lynn Sands. Buck is the founder/guitarist of the southern metal band Give-Er Hell while Kirasings with charisma as she bows her cello in numerous projects. Talisker Skye's main goal is to, 'bring substance back into a musical world that lacks heartfelt songs.' After experiencing theunexpected loss of Johnny Schou in 2008, Tickle Me Pink's bass player, Sean began writing a series of songs that could only becaptured with a new band. Driven to get their messages out to the world, Talisker went into the Blasting Room Studio withlegend Bill Stevenson (the Descendants, Black Flag) to record their first record.
