Penny Tai is a Malaysian-Chinese pop artist. First getting her break at the young age of 17 when she participated in the Halo
Songwriting Contest in 1995, she later became a major artist in 1999, releasing her first album, “Penny”, in February of 2000.
She has since been regarded as one of the most popular and acclaimed songwriters in China and Taiwan.
