Moneen

Moneen started in the underground with label Smallman Records, which they released there first CD under. The CD brought back punk
but with something different. Sporting Kenny's agressive vocals and powerful guitar rythms, backed by Hippy Chris's soft voice and
signature riffs. Chris's drumming is very noticeable, being fast and driving as well as Peter's screams and tricky bass lines.

After the release of the first album and huge success in the underground and with their live performance, Vagrant signed Moneen.
Their second album was unsuccessful in the mainstream but still as huge it for new and prior fans. The album featured a totally new
sound with more of an alternative and pop feel.

The band has now released their third album, The Red Tree, which is easily their best and incorporates their two previous albums' styles
into a well-balanced record. I feel they will have much success with this new one.
