Kohmi Hirose is a Japanese pop artist. She first became well known in the mainstream scene with her 1993 album, "Success
Story", reaching number 1 on the Oricon charts, and eventually going platinum. Her success would keep rising, up to the point
of her 1998 compilation album, "Kohmi Hirose The Best 'Love Winters'", which sold a million copies, becoming her best selling
album to date. While her success died down throughout the years, she is still one of the most memorable Japanese pop artists
of her time.
