Kluster was a short-lived experimental music group formed in Berlin in 1969 by Conrad Schnitzler (who was also in Tangerine Dream at this point and would contribute to their debut album Electronic Meditation), Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Dieter Moebius. Following the release of two studio albums engineered by Conny Plank and one live recording from May 1971 (all of which in relatively few copies) the group disbanded. Roedelius and Moebius would go continue together as Cluster (as well as Harmonia), while Schnitzler would focus on the project Eruption as well as his solo material.
