Happy Birthday was a female indie pop duo that first formed in 2009. Known for their often satirical subject matter, the duo released two singles, three EP’s and one full length album, 2013’s “Konya Kimi ga Kowai Yume wo Mimasen You ni”, before disbanding in 2015. Drummer Akko went on to start a solo career as a rapper under the name of Akkogorilla.
