Evergrey are a Swedish band that specialize in dark progressive
metal, and who are particularly adept at snatching common
elements of the music (such as heavy keyboard use) and
adapting it to create a neat sound that straddles the line
between Queensryche and Dream Theater-type conceptual
themes and the darker sides of European power metal.
