Dismember

Dismember is a death metal band. Their albums feature a variety of sound, though their recent works have leaned more towards the melodic side of death metal. Their earlier works are in the vein of more brutal, old-school scandanavian death metal. Their first album, Like An Everflowing Stream is considered a classic of the genre along with the follow-up Indecent and Obscene, and are both essential listening to anyone who is a fan of the old-school Swedish style of Death Metal. edit info
