Amit

Rich with Indian flavours, Amit reaches all kinds of different influences ranging from dub, techno, rave, traditional indian music, Joy Division and arabia. His special sounds concoct an aural smokiness - perfect for clubs and home listening. Amit has been well known within the drum and bass scene for the last 4 years with releases on Commercial Suicide, Metalheadz, Function and Bingo. He has also worked alongside Bill Laswell, adding his sound to the legendary Masters Productions. Not only is Amit a world class record producer, he is a proud father of 6, an award winning community trust action worker and a highly skilled sushi chef. A keen dog keeper, he was once a close friend of Barbara Woodhouse.
