5th Ward Boyz was an influential hip hop group from Houston, Texas that first formed in 1988. They were one of the mostpopular acts on the iconic Rap-a-Lot Records label, up until their departure from the label in 2000. 5th Ward Boyz then releasedtwo albums independently, before disbanding in 2008, after two decades together.
