Review Summary: Numa-Numa-Numa and more Numa
I'm sure every existent of life on this planet has thought to have heard of that all time hit, "Numa Numa." The catchy dance jam that sparked a new wave of Dance music all across the globe. Speaking to the mindset of Dance Music, O-Zone was a fantastic bunch. They emphasized the form of Pop/Electronic known as Eurodance. Saturated in an energetic and vibrant field, the trio mark up there best release to date. With the drum machine and the occasional samples peeking out here and there. Most populated in Eastern Europe, the tell lives on.
Now i'm not stating this is the greatest Eurodance album to ever hit the market. The material you might on this recording might sound oddly similar. Some of the dances can be told by the next, for Despre Tine, and Dragostea Din Tei both retain the same beat feel, and have almost identical harmonies. That however isn't taking away too much. They somehow find ways to not overdue the occasional spring forward melodies in the beats. Defining the beats imitate a wave of power, and gifts. If you were to tear the lyrics up, the music would not we complete. As in Dragostea Din Tei makes you want to embrace your soul and feel like the world isn't with you, by dancing a long to the chorus, or break dancing to the popping verses. Numai Tu peaks for there deliverance in emotion. The slow and gloomy greyness evens through the package.
Making you think, what's uneven about this album? Well, as seen as the in the previous writes, the familiarness, and the tastefulness. The themes revolve around the standardized love, and nature related stanzas. Songs such as Printre nori and Sărbătoarea nopţilor de vară mix the flavors by combining living life, and the outside world. However there's not to much variety here. As well is the entire thing being spoken in Romanian, the proposition's don't space out too much.
In all reality, this is nowhere near being an atrocious listen. Sometimes the keynotes are misleading you into thinking something is about to spark, when the questions don't ever leave you to wonder. The genre Eurodance features a low variety of duo's, and trio's. O-Zone however knew to excess the plausibility in a swell manner. Not making music anymore, O-Zone still live on as being one of the most influential artist in the Dance age.
