This is a great album. Elvis Costello's song writing is so much more than almost any of his contemporaries, the nearest thing the UK has produced to Lennon & McCartney since Lennon & McCartney. This is a very varied album, ranging from rock, country, smooth jazz and 1920s vaudeville. I love it.
