0.0 | bloc | July 24th 10 | Preemptive Strike follow the path that they took on their previous album, Extinction Reprogrammed, and this is exactly the problem with The Kosmokrator. There is not a shred of uniqueness on this, as any idea that your hear on The Kosmokrator has literally been done a hundred times. As a whole, you could easily play this at a club or other similar scene but listening to each track individual is quite a chore. You can expect an average release when it is simply a carbon copy of another average release.
