Here, he continues practicing the more bluesy, swingy style he practiced with 'Blues & Roots', with a brand new ally at his disposal - Legendary sax wack-o Roland Kirk. More vocals than usual, even more feel, more of the same but with enough of a twist to warrant its uniqueness. And let's be real, saying more of the same from Mingus is a bad thing is like saying getting gold every day is bad because it's more of the same.
