These guys do not know how to put out bad music. All 4 singles were awesome IMO

Too many non-songs, build-ups to nothing and tracks released in 2022. Also, pretty cheeky to call it a new album, when
it’s really just an extended EP. The Microwave DNA is still clearly there and there are some cool moments, but it’s just
too ploddy for me. Better luck in 2029 for the next album!

I wish I heard this new all at once rather than some tracks here being 1-2+ years old. Definitely impacts it as a whole,
There’s basically only 7 tracks on here with Portals and G Major being complete throw aways.
Omni is the best song Phoenix never wrote.

Microwave have come out of the bleak grungy nihilism of Death is a Warm Blanket and ascended into an acceptance and appreciation of everything that seemed to fuel it.

As a result, this doesn't compare to their previous outing both sonically and lyrically, but LSD definitely has some highlights and might appeal to audience they didn't before
