A close friend wanted them to play for a small halloween party. The intimacy between the audience is almost tangible. The music itself is a delicate acoustic sound provided by a band with the ability to to summon much crazier crowds. Their simplistic approach at a softer tone is flawless and every note leaves a powerful impression that resonates in your soul. Jim James' lyrics leave you craving more almost as much as his musical composition. Bermuda highway is a personal favorite. "Don't let your silly dreams fall in between the crack of the bed and the wall."
