NOTE: this is an album that is NOT for early IME fandom 'cause this sound is an entirely different behemoth altogether. I never would think funk and industrial could ever really blend well together, at least as a decent listen, but I Mother Earth proved me wrong...

I Mother Earth in the 90's used inventive musicianship over decent vocals to create a sound of their own. Even a line up change at vocals did not slow them down. However, with the release of this album, they fell apart rather quicky after. The effort had a good single, but failed to match on the rest of the album. The sound, is awkward to say the least and lyrics do not help much. Easily the worst album I have ever bought, and I have bought a few stinkers in my life, the album is worthless, and should be forgotten.

This is incredibly good! It is indeed very different than their previous albums but if you like creative progressive rock/alternative metal/rock with a great vocalist you should give this record a spin!

One of my favoutite albums of the past decade. I enjoyed the two albums with Brian Byrne more than the first two with Edwin.
