In contrast to his previous (solo) work:r- Where his vocals weren't as great on Devolver and Muscle Memory, they sound great on this record (just like on Shuffle).r- Not as heavy as Muscle, but heavier than Devolver. Good middle ground.r- This record has a coherent ambience & theme (dark, angry & sinister).rI have the vinyl, and I love that side B is just the acoustic versions of side A. Makes for a great listening experience.
