While their is nothing bad on it, "Letters" is as underwhelming as it is frustrating. The whole thing really just sounds like generic anime music at best. How on Earth do you make a Musical-jazz like song not only sound uninteresting, but have zero charisma? I've been wrestling between a 2.5 and a 2 on this, for now i think i will keep this as a 2.5 because this is perfect textbook mediocrity
