Iconic death metal band, but let's say their debut it's not an amazing piece of work.

This death metal album is good, for it's age. The BPMs are weak compared to modern albums, but it still has a cool old school sound. Quality is decent and vocals are pretty good.

The vocal effects opening the album and the recording commentaries that were left, such as on the ending of Unknown Soldier, give a rather different taste to the whole album. Given the context and year in which it was released, it is not a masterpiece, but it has its differences from other old school death metal albums from the same time.
