Over time, I've come to deeply love this album. I've looked far and wide for an album like it to no avail. Even within the salsa genre, this record really is like no other. The spicy jazz passages, top-tier arranging and composing, innovative musical decisions, and synergy between musicians is unparalleled. One of the finest slabs of salsa/latin jazz ever recorded.
