Eve is the most accomplished album of her discography. The tribute paid to female icons and to all the women in the world is a brilliant idea but also a very smart one because it attracts only sympathy. On the other hand, it has to be realized because it is not such a simple subject to exploit, and Rapsody is the best placed to do so. She has the talent, intelligence and wisdom. Since then, it has succeeded in developing and modernizing its formula. All the tracks are very good levels (especially the Ibtihaj jewelry) even if towards the end we are a little notch below. Not to mention the guests who add value. No doubt that Rapsody has been one of the top 3 female rappers for the past 5 years, if not the best

The female rapper I've been personally waiting for, great content, flows and bars. The message of inclusivity and respect should be obvious but is unfortunately needed... Might bump this to a 4 if a few tracks grab me more on further listens.

Laila's Wisdom was Rapsody showing an insane amount of potential after the bump she received from TPAB. Not a perfect album but a great one nonetheless. Eve is Rapsody fully realizing that potential -- not a single song on here goes by without having at least a thoughtful message, clever lines, a charismatic performance, a great instrumental, or an excellent guest spot. There isn't a weak moment on here, and what makes this album so fantastic really doesn't need much explanation, it's just a fantastic hip hop album that does everything I would want a hip hop album to do. Definitely the best rap album to come out so far this year and a real contender for AOTY.
