The Panacea's shift from drum-and-bass to techno takes another step in the direction of the four-to-the-floor, and the result is hard as nails. Perhaps as a productive of his lengthy career there's a pleasingly 90s tinge that comes across in both synth choices and sample modification, but it doesn't detract from the fact that this is primarily a heavy, grimy industrial techno EP. Could only have come from Berlin.
