Juice WRLD doesn't care about black people. Death race for love is reverse Cultural appropriation, but whereas white people stole the cool parts of black culture Juice WRLD literally took the absolute worst elements that lie deep only in the souls of the most corny and edgy of white people. If i had to find a close comparison to him i would say Dahvie vanity is probably the only person who comes close. at its core this album is literally the same song repeated 22 times, except with each song the Auto tune gets worse and the subject matter makes him sound like more of a simp with each new iteration. How you could hail Chicago and not get aired out with all that suspect *** you be doing is an actual baffling oversight on behalf of its citizens. His edgy teenager persona aside this album is BORING i can hardly distinguish between the first few tracks because they sound exactly the same and when the beat finally "switches" it really does nothing special. the production is spacey, the guitar parts were heinous and sounded like ripoffs of more popular songs I've already heard, his Auto tune is garbage, and the lyrics are literally 3 minutes of she left me i'm sad and now i do drugs multiplied by 22. if kids get in their feelings to stuff like this I'm more than certain that i might drive them to suicide because i came close and i was nowhere near that edge. Juice maybe this will inspire you to overdose I can only hope that if that happens i won't be hearing another one of these.
P.S YOUNG THUG WHAT EXACTLY DID YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING SIGNING UP FOR A FEATURE ON THIS GOD FORSAKEN ABOMINATION NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN YOU KNOW BETTER

I thought I hated this album. rI?m also sitting on my living room floor at 1:12am BAWLING MY EYES OUT to 3/4 of this album. Solid ratio. Feel like I?m jamming to a mid-2000?s Warped Tour, but with way more trap. Love it. rRIP Juice. The world truly is on drugs.

What can I say? The beats from Nick Mira, Hit-Boy and so one are literally fire. This album ist
just amazing in my opinion. I can listen to it without skipping a single song. That actually says
a lot about it. Fav songs: Robbery, Fast, Hear Me Calling, Empty, Make Believe, Flaws And Sins,
HeMotions, Won't Let Go ...

Juice has improved his voice on this one - *cough* "Robbery" *cough*. While the proposed brand of emo rap is cool, this album isn't really bringing anything new to the table. Lil Peep already did the same album, but better, and a sense of deja vu set itself up halfway through the record, as all songs tackle the same musical ideas. Yet, the album's main fault is its length. There's absolutely no reason - aside from the $$$ - to stuff an album like that.

I have seen and heard a lot of bad things about Death Race, personally I appreciate it. So let s start with the disadvantages: first of all, its true that Juice Wrld hasn?t invented anything, he can inspire his icons (Young Thug, Lil Uzi, Lil Peep, Kanye etc..) and has a voice and a way of singing similar to Post Malone. However, Juice remains a gifted performer. Secondly, he is often accused of these clumsinesse as well as the limited number of subjects (drugs, love, heartbreak, drugs again) but let us not forget that he is only 20 years old (moreover many reports acclaimed by critics only have the same subjects). Beyond appearances, this album is beautiful challenge of 22 tracks. Obviously not everything is to be kept and a simple 14 tracks would have been enough to make it more relevant (one of the harmful causes of streaming area) but unlike his first album he took much more risks winning (as on HeMotion, 10 feet, Maze, Make believe). His Emo rap is easy to access but touching because he is still a naive teenager and I say it again: a great performer. Robbery on the first front, is proof that he excels in this field (it?s not just a « one hit » career to refer to Lucid Dreams). And despite a few failed attempts (Syphilis for example) and a few copies of what already exists (Fast, Big), it?s quite rare today to have more than a dozen superb songs in the same album.
