A nice blend of traditional doom metal and NWOBHM with epic tendencies which brings to mind bands like Witchfinder General and Pentagram, i.e. doomy bands with a nice sense of melody and groove. Everything is well-done and the band seems to be on the right path but after listening to this one a couple of times, I have neither the desire to jam it again nor can I remember any riffs or catchy moments. That doesn't mean that the album isn't fun but Lord Vigo should work on their songwriting if they want to create something that will stand the test of time.
