Negative Approach were a pioneering hardcore band, leaders not followers. Their sound was an unique mixture of Oi! and thrashy fast paced punk. John Brannon remains one of the most vitriolic vocalists ever committed to disc. The music is angry, brutal, and some of the most fearsome in the genre a full 26 years after the fact.
