obviously overproduced as hell, and a bit rote at times. but damn, the hooks and vocals are infectious. it's a shame the vocalist quit the band right after releasing this record, because he's much, much improved.

Overproduced, compression rate: over 9000, autotuned at parts/oftentimes heavily layered vocals, singing is not on par with legends of the genre (like the 'similar bands' would like us to believe), etc...just too much to hate here. But at least the songwriting is great and truly innovative to be honest. So it's better than the critical mass of the genre, sure, but only barely. They need a new producer asap imo.
