3.5 great | Alabaster Jones | January 18th 17 | Paul White is one of those producers that is best when pulling from a wide range of influences rather than just one pool, as evidenced by the somewhat lukewarm production on his collaboration with Open Mike Eagle last year. However, on Everything You've Forgotten, he's back to letting all sorts of genres blend in his production, and thus creates an enjoyable and pleasing mixtape all in under a half an hour. The individual sections of the one giant song here flow a bit choppy sometimes, but that kind of comes with the territory when speaking of plunderphonics. Influences fly in from world music, soul, jazz, and even psychedelic rock on a whim, and the vocal sampling enhances the feel each of these give off. At the end of the day though, it's really just an eclectically-minded producer showing his skills, improving his craft, and having some fun doing so.

3.5 great | FullOfSounds | January 17th 17 | Such a great producer, very cohesive. A couple of these sound like they could be on Atrocity Exhibition.
