This album is amazing. I got when i saw a add in Kerrang, It said similar Bands- Lostprophets. I was a big fan of lostprophets at the time. I listend to it, and found out that it was actually better than "The Fake Sound of Progress" by lostprophets. Its now probably my favourate album.

Heres a Review of the tracks.

1. Hit the Ground Running:
This track is a strong opener with a burst of Heavy Riffs, and the vocals sound amazing. 4.5/5

2. Days Spent:
The riff scores for me. Its an interesting kind of layout, which makes it not boring. The chorus gets a bit repetative, but itsnot really annoying. Pretty good song. 4/5

3.Renewal:
This is my favourate track on the album. It has a silent guitar riff at the start, and then it bursts into the verse with a very "relaxing" riff. The solos arent really fast, but it fits very well, and again gives a nice relaxing feel to the song. Very good! 5/5

4.Eyes Have it:
This track stars with a guitar riff which is very clean, and repeats its self into the verse. the chorus is amazing, as the backing vocals sound ace. Another favourate of this album. 5/5

5.All Fall Down:
The bass is quite good on this, either played on a 5-string, or on a drop C 4 string. sounds pretty good anyway. The chorus is again good, the verse is full off guitar. 4.5/5

6.Picture Perfect:
This is very good song, as the chorus backing vocals work well again. Nic Whitmores vocals sound pretty good on this as well, as he uses many differant kinds of singing methods. 5/5

7.Residue:
This is a pretty good song, the guitar in the chorus scores again for me, with some Gutair effects, which make it sound good. 5/5

8.Pulling Strings:
Another good song, the gutair livening it up, the vocals spot on, and chorus is good. 5/5

9.Clear Light of Day:
Very slow song, one of my favourates as well. The gutair riff in the verse is very slow, but used to a good effect. Its not really predictable as well, which makes it a good song. 5/5

10.Lessons:
Many say that this is the best track on the album, i dont think it is. Its got good backing vocals, and the guitar again is good. Not as good as some other songs on the album. 4.5./5

11.Formation:
This is a pretty good song, the gutair comes in slowly at the start with an effect that livens it up and lasts into the verses. 4.5/5

12.These spaces In Between:
This is a good song to end the album, as it is moderetly slow and has a nice guitar riff in the verse. 5/5

They've had an Album Before this, which i am Planning to get and review. Fans of Lostprophets, get this.

terrible review. why do you give every single track 5/5 or 4/5? are there no mediocre tracks on the album?

Album Rating: 2.5

This is a great album... The band evolved considerably from their debut on this record, but definitely it isn't a 5/5...
