On Arbina, vocalist and composer Noura Mint Seymali, along with her husband/guitarist Jeiche Chighaly (whose guitar playing is based on the traditional moorish tidinit), marry the classical music of Mauritia to a funky modern rhythm section, and the union is electrifying.
