4.5 superb | Rusydi 'Abe' Farhan | September 26th 16 | Aimer, a JPop singer, is back with a new album with a traditional sound of pop music with
alternative rock element and fewer experimental tracks while retaining the outstanding vocal
delivery from her previous albums.
Daydream is an energetic, joyful and melancholic mix of sounds.
Personal favs: Falling Alone, Twoface, Us, Stars in Rain.

3.0 good | Gene Gol-Jonsson CONTRIBUTOR | November 17th 21 | Plain unsurprising pop-rock with more pop spin, BUT it's in Japanese. Colour me amazed. (sic)

3.5 great | resident sputbirb with fancy hat | September 18th 18 | Don't know if i just have a bad rip or if this
album is really supposed to sound like this
but there is some absolutely terrible loudness
present on here, especially noticable in the
bass bursts in higher grounds chorus. Thats a
damn shame because otherwise this album has a
lot to offer, starting off with a banger of a
track in insane dream and following it up with
a sweet ballad and the bass driven twoface.
The album falls down a bit in excellence after
that but there are still great moments
sprinkled throughout. Of course the highlight
of aimers music always was her vocal delivery
and thats not different on here. Just a damn
shame about the production, maybe ill fine a
better version sometime but for now ill settle
for a 3.5.
