After two very impressive, near flawless LPs, the Allah Las make their first ever misstep with this subpar, albeit generally pleasant, release. There are no particularly memorable or noteworthy tracks, and not a single instrumental to be found. The only thing really carrying the band through this short outing is their technical skill. Overall, way too laid back, to the point of being boring, but still a bit better than your average surf rock through sheer competence on behalf of the band.
