Falls somewhere in the middle of The Menace and Rise... Then Rest, which is more or less what I was expecting from previews. Lessens up on the goofy stuff from Rise, though it is still there, which isn't a problem. Main issue with Rise was it being too goofy; they've once again found the proper balance from The Menace on From Blue to Black.
