2002's 4 (their *third* album, by the way), the first Wilki record since 1993, leaves no doubts about why the band reformed. It's composed entirely of radio-friendly pop songs that have nothing in common with the original, if a bit blunt sound of their debut. Some melodies, like these of "Baska" and "Urke", are clever, granted, but the obvious lack of any ambition other than commercial renders them entirely ineffective.
