Review Summary: High-energy rapping? Check!

Ghostface Killah is a member of the Wu-Tang Clan, often noticed for his fast rhyming flows and random lyrics. On this album, Ghostface Killah shortened his name to just Ghostface, for no apparent reason. With his "portable jewelry store" style of clothing and his huge Sun God necklace hanging off, one look at him and you could tell that Ghost Deini was awesome. Alongside from rapping, Ghostface also does some acting in 30 Rock and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story for examples. So, on this album, Ghostface refines his style that got heads turning on albums such as Ironman and Supreme Clientele, and has swag doing high-energy rapping. He was nicknamed Ironman because the RZA thought he had lungs of iron. Of course, he has diabetes, so he overcomes it by following his dream. That's not a disrespectful comment, I'm just saying that that could be hard to live with. Songs on here such as "Run" and "Metal Lungies" show Ghostface and guest MC's rapping with hardly any breaths or pauses between them. Whoever said this guy is worse than 50 Cent on a Youtube video series called "God Of The Mic" is dead wrong. Overall, this is an excellent album, and you should pick it up. Too many people have been sleeping on this.

Yeah, I agree. This album is pretty solid. Ghostface just kills over those old-school soul samples.

Jadakiss kills it on Run, love that song.

"Uh, down-shifting on 'em like I got gears on me
(Run!) Besides that, I got about 5 years on me
(Run!) Scared to death, running like I got bears on me
(Run!) My Timbs start feeling like they Nike Airs on me"
