Review Summary: Good Signs for Andy Mineo's potential future in Rap.

1st review, don't judge me.

Andy Mineo is an Italian-American rapper, (total hipster). He has a ridiculous amount of potential, but has barely been tapped. His style is unique, but very solid. He has enough skill to go mainstream in my opinion.

#1 / Neverland: The intro to this song is a bit long as you have to wait 50 seconds for Marz to finish repeating the chorus, and Andy to start rapping. He starts a bit slow, but speeds it up a bit by the end of the first verse. I like the lyrics of the 1st verse, mostly about his goals and motivation. 2nd verse is fantastic, he shows some real skill here, about how he is "Michalangelo" in the studio writing "Sistines" but he songs "ain't for the Chapel"...to sum it up, he is Christian influenced but his songs aren't for Christians per say. Chorus is a bit repetative though. 4/5

#2/ Paisano's Wylin: Ok, what the heck Andy? I don't get this song at all, literally the weirdest song I've ever heard. Good rhythm and beat, but lyrics? Just no. Marty of Social Club did a great job in the third verse though...probably the highlight of the song...oh wait no, highlight was when Andy was talking about stuffing someone with Italian Food and Locking them in the bathroom while he burns toilet paper...Sorry Andy. 2/5

#3/ You Can't Stop Me: Andy really improves from the last song here, this music piece is art, rhythm, harmony, and lyrics are Spot on here. 5/5 with a thumbs up

#4/ Rewind: I really couldn't feel for this one...too slow, harmony didn't really do it for me...kind of like a mediocre Lecrae song, sung by a white guy. 2/5

#5/ All We Got: this one was great, not like a pump up song, but a genuine rap. He really elevates his skill a bit here. 4/5

#6/ Paganini: well, kind of hard to hear the lyrics, but it's basically Andy, KB, and Canon, rapp battling each other with speed. The lyrics are good (especially Canon's)...I realized that Canon is FAST. Unique song if you want to impress your self with how many words the human ear can pick up. 4/5

#7/ Death Of Me: This kind of goes back to the 1st verse of Neverland, elaborating on the "Rich and Famous" and the life goals, etc. It's not bad, but really not living up to Mineo's potential. 3/5

Recommended:

Neverland
You Can't Stop Me
Paganini

and Paisano's Wylin if you want a laugh.
