Ah this is the only album I've heard from them so far and I think just the one song with vocals is appropriate as a detour/curio. I listen to and enjoy plenty of 'bad' singers but in the context of an orchestral post rock album, one is enough. Not sure how I'd feel about a whole album of it.

Lol, yeah it gets very tiresome by ‘Horses’ imo. Each one seems like a step towards the dark side, (they started adding loads of vocal harmonies as well). I do generally enjoy the two after this. Maybe I could get used to them given time.
Yeah I don’t mind it here at all, brief and effective.

I'm glad Born Into Trouble and This Is Our Punk Rock are good at least, was planning on giving them a go.

Don’t take my word for it, plenty of people would probably disagree about their later albums. Like I said it’s possible they grow on me too. I just currently find the direction they took disappointing.

If you look through the comment section on youtube of 13 Angels Standing Guard you can see what seems to be hundreds of 12 year olds spreading creepypasta of the song and how the "composer" supposedly slowed down a dying cats meows to make the song

Fuck Off Get Free is my favorite and I enjoy the vocals on it. Sometimes sound tone deaf but also super fun to sing along to

Totally understand how grating his vocals could be, but I’m so here for it
