I think Plagues is the overall "worst" track on the album.



"lonewolves" reminds me of 'The Hope Conspiracy'....funny because the singer of that band sings the first half of grim hearts.

The pacing of this album is super super goofy. Their grind/epic balance was well off on this album I felt. Maybe I'm just one of those people who hears Converge in shades of Jane Doe.

Seriously, I'm usually pretty "opinions are opinions" but I don't think I can or will ever be able to comprehend someone not thinking Jane Doe is a masterpiece. That's a travesty.

I honestly hated this album. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of the heavy metal, but thrash metal is just not what Converge should be playing. This album seems like a cop out to me.

Grim Heart / Black Rose is awesome, comes close to Jane Doe but then that song is just.... jaw dropping.
