Pretty harsh on ATDI and Nirvana, two amazing bands =/..anyhow, pretty rad album although I can see where it would be off putting. Especially for someone just trying to get into Mars Volta, I would show them this and Bedlam last. Great disc though, how could you go wrong with Day Of the Baphomets?

does drag a lil.. but so did FTM, its still an awesome album with some jaw dropping moments.
