Agreed, that song never bothered me

RIP Uwe Karczewski, the man who did the Helloween covers during the eighties.

This and Pt. 1 are unbelievably GOATed

Just binged both parts and still prefer this one.
TIME, MARCHES... TIME! MARCHES OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Twilight of the Gods and Halloween kill anything on this (except Eagle Fly Free, which is one of the best power metal songs of all time)... however, this is the better album.

I have to disagree there. Not only is Keeper Part I the best Helloween album but also one of the best power metal albums in general.

I'm Alive, Twilight of the Gods, and Halloween are awesome, but the rest doesn't hit the same standard. On the other hand, part II has Eagle Fly Free (One of my absolute favorites), Save Us, March of Time, I Want Out, and Keeper of the Seven Keys -- and the rest don't hit the same standard.
So, I guess what I'm saying is it's a testament to the band that they released two highly esteemed albums back-to-back to prompt these discussions.

You can stuff the two parts in one and call it the best power metal album of all time.
(I just jammed both parts from back to back)

I definitely would if they had the same sound.

Not a fan of Future World? Aww man, but that's one of my favorites. I can at least agree with that last part though, while I'm more of a fan of Part I, both Keeper albums are absolute power metal essentials, and the fact that they released them consecutively in a short time is something to commend.

Their latest one was the next time I loved a Helloween album as much.

"I definitely would if they had the same sound" True true, I do prefer the production on this one, but the raw feel of the first part is cool too.
Also another point that tips the baalnce for me is that I prefer t/t of this to Halloween by a mile, if we were to pit the long tracks against each other.

I don't know if I could pick a favorite from those two. I guess "Halloween" because it has more energy.

I was very surprised by how good their last one was. I was almost worried they were running out of steam again, but I guess Kiske and Hansen returning gave them the kick in the ass they needed to get back on track once more.
