I will only agree with Scoob because I don't want him to disappear again. Otherwise, Blind Guardian is an easy choice for best pm band.

For ages I thougt this was the cringriest cringe ever cringed, but as of lately I find it increasingly harder to dislike.
Edit: oops, I was talking about The Legacy here. Must reassess this one.

I definitely would’ve cringed pretty hard at this band a couple of years back, loving it now. Weird how my aversion to certain types of cheese appears to be dissolving. A welcome change.

Heard these guys early on in my metal discovery. I probably wouldnt have enjoyed them as much if i found them today

Other way around for me!
Probably unusual idk. Only started properly getting into metal when I heard death, black, post etc. Couldn’t stomach this style of vocal.

Hey thats cool man, something to be proud of haha. I started with bands like this because of dragonforce in guitar hero. Prompted me to look into power metal more, and my friends older brother used to go to sabaton concerts and would tell us about it, so that helped. At the same time i was discovering maiden, and I also went to a primus concert and mastodon opened for him, since then ive been hooked haha.
Dont really remember how i got into death/extreme metal tbh. Probably had to be amon amarth and rings of saturn

The Keepers albums were some of my earliest metal albums too and they've held up immensely.

Same, same, not much part I though, for some reason
