umm she was pretty and on fire in her time so she has the right, but I dont understand why the hell all this political stuff is being forced down our throates lately, its getting really bad. Ray of Light was a great comeback to be fair and did very well but the mass cultural icon appeal of what once was had gone.
Remember how ‘big’ Madonna was when Ray of Light came out. Triple that sense of being everywhere, add in a touch of mass fan hysteria and combine it with a sense of excitement even from people who thought she was shit and it still doesn’t really touch how bloody massive she was.
